Our vetting procedure begins with all candidates completing a comprehensive application form and attending a face to face interview.


All prospective candidates will have experience in mental health, learning disabilities or a healthcare setting.

Upon a successful interview a series of vigorous checks will be carried out before employment commences.

We build up a profile on each of our employees, which we use to match them to each placement, so that you as the service user get the most suitable candidate for your environment.

All candidates will undergo:
  •   An Enhanced Level 10 Criminal Records Disclosure
  •   Written references from a minimum of 2 previous employers
  •   A full employment history
  •   Verification of candidates identity
  •   Verification of the NMC PIN Number (if applicable)
  •   Work permit status (if applicable)
  •   Verification of qualification and training certificates
  •   Declaration of physical and mental fitness
  •   Immunisation status
